We created computers as an extension of our brains, and now we're connecting through those computers and the Internet cloud as a way of expanding them.
Internet Organisms
An Internet Organism is a business or individual that has a content and/or ecommerce presence on the internet. This means the vast majority of active users online today are essentially an Internet Organism to a degree.
So why care about being an Internet Organism?
Much like the knowledge from modern medicine has kept us healthier and more productive for longer lifespans, we can benefit from the sscope of knowledge about our internet organisims to keep them healthy and productive as well.
Each structural level of an Internet Organism is more and more complex as you move up the pyramid. Each level is also the result of a variety of groups and elements of the level beneath it.
